Tusha Build helped to realise a complete renovation on this Victorian semi detached house in Leytonstone. This high-end renovation required a complete strip down and rebuild. The work turned this five bedroom, one bathroom house, into a eight bedroom three bathroom home where every room was reinstated to it's former glory.

• Dormer construction, including steel structural support, ensuite bathroom and period matching staircase
• Asymmetric rear extension, including structural steel support and kitchen fitting
• Floor plan remodelling, including vaulted ceilings, redundant chimney supports, stud walls and new entrances
• Three complete bathroom re-fits
• First and second fix from plastering throughout to tiling and painting
• Soundproofing between floors and cavity walls
• Re-wiring throughout
• Re-plumbing throughout
• Re-instating period features, including striped and polished wooden floors, cornicing, woodwork and sash window fitting
• External rendering and finishing
• Bespoke exterior mouldings to replace perished originals
• External steel work, including perimeter railings and side return gate
• Landscaped front and rear garden, including perimeter walls and fences, gravel, decking and freshly laid turf
